RENTAL INFORMATION
Cancellation Policy
S.E.Yachting monitors the weather situation daily. If the weather forecast for the charter day looks unfavourable, we will contact our charter guests and look for an alternative date. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount.
If the client cancels the charter with less than 24 hours notice – without a valid reason – , we will not refund the amount already paid.
If the client cancels with at least 24 hours notice, we charge a service fee of €190 – this is the hourly rate of our tax consultant who takes care of the bureaucracy in this case. In addition, we charge a service fee of €250. (The sum of €440 will be offset against the amount already paid in advance).
There are further costs if additional services have been booked (Seabob, catering, extra water toys..), which S.E.Yachting | has paid for in advance on behalf of the client and which can no longer be cancelled.

It is important to our SEY- Ibiza team that our guests have a great, relaxed charter adventure on board. For a professional experience, our captains arrive on time, prepare the boat at the times communicated with the client in advance
A regular SEY charter day is 8 hours. These start at the agreed check-in time – regardless of the guest‘s actual arrival time. Please keep to these times and allow enough extra time for parking and traffic etc. Thank you for your understanding!
Conditions for guests
– Up to 5 guests are allowed to participate. Parents are also allowed to bring children under 2 years old.
– A deposit of €800 will be withheld on the morning of the charter.
– A boating day lasts 8 hours: We recommend starting between 10:00-11:00 (e.g.: 10:00 departure Marina Sta. Eulalia, return: 18:00 Marina Sta. Eulalia)
Our guests are welcome to stay longer on board:
– Ideally, this should be clarified with the booking manager before departure.
– We charge €200 (net) for each additional hour. Max: 2 hours.
– These additional costs and your fuel consumption can be “deducted” directly from the deposit.
What to bring
- Official passport / photo ID
- Beach wear, if necessary a hat for extra protection
- A credit card from which we can take a holding deposit of €800 on the day of the charter.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes, children are more than welcome on board. All our boats are family-friendly, and our S.E.Yachting | SAY Ibiza Charter team takes extra care to provide appropriate life jackets on board. If there are children under the age of 6 in your group, kindly inform us in advance, allowing us to equip the boat with special safety gear.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on board
Our SAY 31 RIB can accomandate 5 people plus captain = 6 people.

No. We want you to enjoy the freedom to only pay for what you consume! So no matter what speed you drive “low-emission” or “highperformance”
– we will only charge you for the fuel you used.
Our regular charter day includes 8 hours. You have the option to extend your charter day, with a maximum of 2 additional hours. This can be booked in advance directly through your charter manager. For spontaneous decisions, please coordinate with your captain on board. We charge €200 (net) per hour for the extension.
We offer exquisite bespoke charcuterie boards that are boat proof and beautiful presented. Each board is freshly produced on the charter day. Kindly inform us at least 24 hours in advance. For more details, consult with your S.E.Yachting Charter concierge manager.
To confirm your booking, you have the option to make the payment using a credit card. Alternatively, you may opt for a bank transfer. Please coordinate this with your booking manager in advance to ensure the reservation is extended to cover bank working days. Tips for the skipper are best settled in cash at the conclusion of the charter 🙂
